Is anything known about a Capitol's re-release of "September of my Years" in the 20 bit remastered quality from 1998?

I mean, it is a pity to see those high prices for left "new and sealed" pieces of that silver disc. And even more a pity that it is in comparison to the other concept albums oop.

I do not understand fully.

Does anybody can help and clear the situation?
